Everything Suddenly you can see manager HR people writing reviews - company started in Aug 19 and in such a short span they have many HRs who have worked with them. Apart from me , 2 other HR managers I know who have worked with them and who were not happy and till date have been following up for their dues. Please don’t fall intotrap. They can give you the salary you want because they just have to give it on paper , in reality they will never pay you. The best thing about working with Skarn Robotics is the higher management that always take care of you during these tough times. The work pressure is very less as compared to my previous organization and also the communications between different teams is very smooth. Flexible work timing as long as you complete your daily assigned task.

I have been working with Skarn robotics from last few months and i literally enjoy working here. Overall atmosphere is great and they are very flexible with everything as long as you complete your work on time.

Nothing to like as this is a fake company who ask employees to work without salary. And if you ask for salary they terminate you or stop giving you work.

Dislikes

The management adds fake comments on ambition box. So please dont go by good reviews if any because they are fake and the management is pathetic they dont give salary and if you ask for it they say you have not wotked. They will keep saying that they are getting funds in next 15 days and the will give salary in another 30 days. This is how they will fool you to work for free for few months.

Work Pressure is quite less as compared to my previous organization. My TL is very supportive and also there is flexible timing, you just have to get your assigned work done though. Looking forward to join my team mates once this covid situation improves
