Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Dislikes

It's sounds silly but doesn't have hand wash or even soap in washroom, workload is more, some times you need to be in college till 7 in the evening, if at all you are good at something every work is put on your head. Who so ever don't work can relax and enjoy the salary.
