This was my first company and I had learned lot of things.

The owner have trust issues with the employees, even for the old employees also their behavior is not good. Salary issues is also their they cut salary for even single minute.

Sjain Ventures is the worst thing one can do to their career. The work culture is horrible, they wouldn't even let you breath. Company owners and the management are worse than an illiterate person when it comes to communicating. There is no job security here. There is no life when you work here, work-life balance doesn't even count.And the benefits & compensation, you can't even expect monthly salary in full....Read More

Nothing is there to like accept learning and career start.

Management is very bad if you do your job with proper and before and also do other job like client discussion meeting, than management again blame on you what are you doing its not not etc etc and no appreciation is there and one more thing if you do minor mistake or its not your mistake its human resource problem than reason behindit you and you got the notice or suspend letter.Most important thing is salary it will come in your account on next month of 20th before they never give salary some time it will be 2 month delay.So you can decide if you want to join for security than you are wrong....Read More
