Personally the Manager of my Department i.e. R&D Department was supportive and Helpful for Beginners , Company Policies was Terrible and Demotivational , Behaviour of Owner was Rude with Employees . Should have to Prepare Every kind of work even like labour work too, skills development is less . Few benifits and facilities offered from company side , very less .
