Bad company to work . Work pressure and over working time.

Working in DGS is just like a working slave. They never give respect to our time . Need to do work about 10-11 hours a day. They are not functioning like what they told during joining.

Worst company to work with. I worked here for 10 months and suffered a lot. Less salary and overtime work without payment. Work time mentioned from 9 am to 6 pm ...but they made us work from 9 am to 8 pm. As My Work life and personal life was in trouble due to overtime work I quitted that Job.

Hi I am Udaya T, All the "Managerials" are wise and have concrete knowledge with respect to the domain, good work life balance, I highy recommend to join this organization to get trained as well as to get an experience in design discipline where no other organization get you as a fresher and train you as they train, work satisfaction is more over the words, company culture and their personal experience sharing with the juniors is great a friendly treating "TL's" will make you daily presence in the company I worked under two old clients both are well organized.
