It is Timber Company, situated in Nangloi, Delhi, Most of the staff are illiterate or semi-literate, so company is compelled to release salary in cash on time it is the thing liked.

Dislikes

No Teammates are professional, they are only 12th pass or 10th pass, No ESI or PF there, most the employees are from Bihar or other states they don't know any thing, politics is high, employees abuse each other, no career growth, salary appraisal is quite minimum, working hours is 10am to 8.00 pm ( Ten hours), No leave policy is there. work environment is worst. Work life is totally imbalance.

Generally speaking my in MD office, there 3 owners Father and two brothers. There is hectic work hours, management is not so educated. they don't know the profession works ethic. Management is poor in decision making and staff welfare.
