Sahara up to 2018 its very transparent and professional environment I feel .there is free culture to discuss with any one in organization mean we can share our issues openly. little bit equality in work as well benefit . feel job secure in culture.

after old management people left such un experience people run as they like .totaly partiality shown in promotion and growth for all .particularly expertise people. Nothing is clear .
