Boss Mr. Joshipura was very good and managed the entire organisation very well, once welspun acquired it, there started dirty politics between the new department heads hired by welspun

Dislikes

New HR team hired by welspun are not at all employee friendly, they don't treat you well even if you are in the company or even after leaving the company. Work culture is worst from April 2023 onwards.

Out of duty time meeting everyday it's 8hr job convert in 12+hr job can't leave daily life with family. And senior need to maintain friendly and motivational behaviour around junior so they can learn and inspire from them . But there is like ,do it any how we don't want to hear anything what's is your problem our why can't you able to do. So there is few things.

There is nothing good to say about the company so I can't write anything. In this company, the branch manager for Telangana is very selfish.

Sintex Bapl Ltd it's my first company so as a fresher I got more opportunity for learn step by step in my working field. And make a strong base in my career, cordinate all are from upper management to office colleague and others all. Every encourage me more than better and improve in my work as a practical & technical support me. So all over in my working tenure goods field.
