Poor mechanism for appraisal and promotion As, HOD's are not competence enough. They take decision on the basis of there selective will no broad and fair judgement. Boss Mr. Joshipura was very good and managed the entire organisation very well, once welspun acquired it, there started dirty politics between the new department heads hired by welspun

Dislikes

New HR team hired by welspun are not at all employee friendly, they don't treat you well even if you are in the company or even after leaving the company. Work culture is worst from April 2023 onwards.

Out of duty time meeting everyday it's 8hr job convert in 12+hr job can't leave daily life with family. And senior need to maintain friendly and motivational behaviour around junior so they can learn and inspire from them . But there is like ,do it any how we don't want to hear anything what's is your problem our why can't you able to do. So there is few things.
