Biased management Politics No work life balance-> long working hours you have to work amor than 11 hrs daily, some times you need to stay late in night till 3 am or 4 am or sometime whole night even for the project you are not working on. Hire and Fire-> they may fire you after 15 days of joining saying your performance is not good Compension-> A labourer can earn more than an engineer is earning here. Increment is a joke. They give limited time to groom yourself in non official timings.

Dislikes

No job security, no work life balance, they don't have enough projects so most of the employees are hired for 1 or 2 or 3 months. One team leader of FED Mr. Devendra looks all female employees with bad eyes and even most of the employees complaint about him to HR Avya then too no action taken against him. So not safe for women.
