Now company facing a deep financial crisis. Our team very good but last 8 to 10 months co's are not good time, staff salary dues average 6 to 8 months, sub-contractor and supplier dues in huge liability. Recently try to Adani take over to simplex but till date no result. In this situation staff and related person are oried to simplex.

Manely Staff salary now pending 9th months over and huge financial problem is there.

My work is challenging and I am like this type of challenging job. I have to look as a Store In charge and I manage update day-to-day work of my Team. I am always try to my colleague to discuss the any type of problem and after that resolve the same.

Salary is not regular before corona. After corona not paying salary at all. Who is resigned theirs salary is due about 9 months to 18 months. Who is working theirs salary also not paid atleast 18 Months. Head office is not responding on phone and email for salary. Very worst conditions. Now this company is in coma and live on ventilator.

Administration Department is very unorganised department. You will not get any answer from them where is they will ask you the question and you have to give the answer to them if not then it will be sec from company this is what the administration is doing with all employee there holding all the all the salary those who have left the company
