No work from home even in emergency. work from office or take leave. Travel policy is worst. need to pay from pocket and reimbursement will take months' time and need to follow up multiple times. Changing Requirements. Work life balance is zero need to work even on weekend to complete the task. HR policies are not upto the industry standard and can change frequently. There is no salary hike unless you put your papers. Company does haven't Funding and doesn't approve budget for equipment or tools procurement. They may try cut down cost by providing LOP whenever they could possible.
