Dislikes

Simbhaoli sugars promoter involvement for discouraging the performer, however other JV partner Sindicatum encourages the performer. Simbhaoli Sugars new promoter wanted to make the management as yes man, whether right or wrong.

Company culture is excellent and all staffs assume it own company and work with sincerity and loyalty. Life work balance is excellent. This is JV company and Professionally managed.

Dislikes

Some times majority holder interference, discourages the employee.

They humiliates you in front of everyone if you speak about your rights... If you try to make your way they back bites you and it will be your disadvantage here if you don't know buttering.

Work Details

I work here in Accounts Department till late hours even being in last month of pregnancy. they save their maternity cost by humiliating me and thus I left job without being paid.

good atmosphere for working and location is Nh-24 and good experience as HOD of Accounts department which was all work do as a job position.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
