The company and the management was good in USA, but in India @ hyderabad the managing Director was not good. He used to support only to his PA. She was using bad languages inside the office, but there was no action taken on her. And those who were sincere & honest to there work was recognized by him. Those who very recognized by hisPA, there were only got promoted & received appreciation by the Hyderabad management.....Read More

Managing Director for Hyderabad & his PA. If some one who really gives values to the right person, a request you to please take his to High management and take action against both of them. There are some more things happen were i can't keep that in return. But if any one call me i can explain in detail to them

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
