Thank you for feedback, We are process driven organization, We educate every employee during the induction and monthly, regularly the need for attendance/timesheets to provide attendance input for payroll processing, Further more, even if there is delay of attendance/timesheets for a month, payroll are processed in pro rata basis, however, if repeated delays in attendance/timesheets can affect your salary disbursal Additionally, If an employee has issue opening corporate salary account and during the first month especially if he/she has joined towards the end of the month can also affect the salary disbursal for the first month, We will continue to strive making it a better place for all our employees.
