Company culture is good. Philips legacy. Peer respect and on time salary

Dislikes

No career growth. Constant decline in sales leading to job cuts, variable pay cuts. Redundant skills. Terrible upper management, they simply protect their jobs as they are old age and can't survive outside the company.

Salary is on time. Experienced people from the industry who you work with.

Dislikes

Company is understaffed. One person is doing the job of around 2-2.5 people. Working on holidays and late nights is glorified by the managers and team leads. Zero work life balance. Saturday holiday is only on paper as you have to work.

Leaders have mostly Authoritatively style of functioning with no support in addressing the challenging situations.

Cooper Lighting Pune team leadership is vision less and specifically Finance leader is a micro-manager.. He interfere in employees well being, leaves, WFH and provides flexibility to only limited people who just follow him

Everything is person driven not system driven, lots & lots of internal politics for appraisals, promotions. People at high places take bribe also from vendors which is either not known or ignored by the senior most management.

Mechanical engineer can't get product knowledge. Pune office purely works as service oriented mindset. Top management not willing to investment more. No growth for experience person.
