Castizm,Illogical work pressure, no work life balance, no work time,you can receive call from seniors late night 11or 12 pm. According to me signify is hell,stay at home without job but never join signify. HRs are puppet of managers. Seniors uses abusive language,even they can beat employees. Completely corrupt management.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
