HR part is the worst as they are there to save their job only by making management happy and they very well know what management wants to hear and the most free department because they have only work to make management happy. They are saying that they will make this MNC but this is a retail shop only. They don't have any limitationson their tongue as they usually say Jute se maruga. No job security, HR will throw you out on one go without any FNF, there is no FNF system and your salary will also be on hold for the previous month. There are no documents HR have to provide to employees because they always be busy to make management happy. HR have now started to enhance the review of the company by eliminating the bad reviews and asking current employees to give 5 star rating. There are 5-6 reviews given on 12th Feb with 5star so do not see the 5 star rating these are done forcefully. There are bundle of issues but the honest suggestion is no to join this company despite you can join a baniya shop that would be greater than this....Read More

First thing which I dislike is the designation they are providing. I as operations head working here as a labour because the full hold of the work is in management hand. Management directly deals with the labours does the increment without asking any feedback from the head, at the end it will be proved that you are not up to the mark and will ask you to go out. So please be very cautious while joining this. I strongly recommend not to join this company if you are at safe place because they will work only with old orthodox employees and management is also the same. It’s a very bad company. Sigma doesn’t has any work ethics and there is a lot of company politics. They do not use any kind of CRM software like a professional company. Company’s MD is not at all visionary and they do not want to make it the next billion dollar company. The MD is running the company as if it is a traditional shop (Seth ki dukan). The industry has a potential to grow but they are not able to incorporate technology in the business. They don’t even register their employees after onboarding. No PF, medical insurance benefits.
