First thing which I dislike is the designation they are providing. I as operations head working here as a labour because the full hold of the work is in management hand. Management directly deals with the labours does the increment without asking any feedback from the head, at the end it will be proved that you are not up to the mark and will ask you to go out. So please be very cautious while joining this. I strongly recommend not to join this company if you are at safe place because they will work only with old orthodox employees and management is also the same. You as a head will be there to be puppet of them. There are multiple management who acts and proves that they are management sitting infront of LED to keep an eye on labours....Read More
