They will fire you but not let you know that they are planning to fire you, at time of joining they say for girls atmosphere is very safe, they are handy but they only provide cab services to those who are in organisation for more than 7 years not to needy and even they do discrimination between merchants and other staff. Even they keep track of yours wifi usuage your internet usage.

Dislikes

Seniors always reminds you that you are not made for top positions because can answer their all questions, moreover like in school teachers used to create fear about principal they create same about the CEO. Please don't join if you want you're career oriented.

I'm in HR department where my work is intangible in nature they ask me to make it tangible with targets of correcting their wrong file and when I try to correct those files with my hard efforts they say files format can not be changed

Totally sitting job. Organizations timing is 9:45 to 6:00 but for accounts deptt. It mostly extends to 7, 8 or even 9, with no overtime & fooding.
