Firstly its been a wonderful journey working with Shubharambh Productions, here at Shubharambh we are more of a family than any organisation. I still remember the initial days when i joined Shubharambh Productions and was one of the initial team member to join the Family . Management has been very friendly, supportive & encouraging in all that I have done here till date. Today when I head this department and run this part of organisation , it gives me immense pride to see the stature I have grown along with the organisation. Strict timing, Not so great salary structure. It’s 6 day working & work-life balance is not so great. Also, management doesn’t address employee’s issues that seriously.
