Company is very agressive for business I like this. Credit PD done with good TAT.

Dislikes

Customer service is very poor. All Process are very lengthy and all are confused and confidence level is very low due to not proper knowledge or training about their work. No any proper training for all departments process. All employees are confidence less. No work life balance always work multiple times of a work. They should have trained their employees always.

Employe most of the times spent in office after 6:30 also , And every employee work in holidays also, after disbursement chque handover to customer very late. Most of the employee not spend time with family

I didn't like anything while working with SHFL

There are many low standard, unsupportive, uneducated and drunkard people working over there, and they use very bad language to communicate with team regarding work, they used to abuse and bully juniors if is there anyone is reading my feedback please dont join such organisation very negative work enviroment you cannot grow in this enviroment

There is no standard policy day to day changing the process. Another team members are taken personally and revange for any discussion or arguments happened for policy wise. Credit manager is not given respact to another vertical team members. Not for handling operation related work entrie credit, tech team work also doing operation team. They are not responsible for his related work.
