Job Security and working culture is satisfactory. Salary is comparably lesser in the same industry. some politics presents everywhere. Most importantly, company did not deduct its employees salary during lock down.Only annual salary increments and promotion had postponed for next year.

Dislikes

Overall good experience.

Work Details

Monitor violation of credit policies , provide analysis, conclusion & recommendations, present findings to the senior management and suggest actions/ penalties to be taken when appropriate and many more things.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
