1.No innovation. 2 No value for technical expert. 3. No trainings for devlopements. 4 Comapny lead by family members key held by them only if work entire life also you will be in just staff member. 4. No minimum benifits available.( no transportation no canteen , no helath insurance) 5. Manger level also cant spend rs.500 on hisown ,they have stand infront plant manager. 6. Management dont trust entire team. 7. Company have More spy than technical expert. 8. Increaments will done based on owener mood not by rules. Every 18 months once they give increaments. 9.Employee is fight in the production still company support wring person. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
