Working time is fix for normal working.

Dislikes

I am a former employ of the SRMS, but my lot of friends are still working there. During COVID-19 College management is not able to provide the salary to his employees even they have fired about 13 old employees ( with working experiences more then 10 yr with SRMS). Please don't expect average increment even management is not able toevaluate your performance ( By form 360 Degree). Job is not safe even for HOD and for higher class person. Mr. Dev Murti and his team (College Dean and principal ) don't know how to speak with our juniors. Big amount of your salary cut as a trust fund and don't expect it will return back if you will not left college as management terms and conditions....Read More
