Obviously, these days no company is an exception for politics having 10+ employees. Shreeja is also no exception. However, things will be under control as every employee feel like he/she is not only working for salary but also for strengthening rural women farmers.

Work Details

Responsible for recruitment, payroll, internal & statutory audits, performance appraisal, promotions, Budgeting, HRMS Application, new projects, conducting surveys, Review Meetings, etc.

No job security in company, management is worst, policies are good but they won't follow

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low, career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Quite interesting in job. Struggled a lot in the beginning and ending without training session. I learnt all on the job.
