Been working at SRSL for a long time now. Good work life balance and job security, stable salary but lot of other issues.

Very bureaucratic attendance system. Rampant favouratism for select few employees in attendance, salaries and promotions. Frequent over-riding of company policies. Rampant usage of company resources by some employees with consent of HODs. No objective assessment and no consistent increment and promotions. No employee engagement or team building workshops.
