It's been almost 2 years working at Shree. The management is excellent, especially the way they handled the COVID19 situation, providing work from home to every employee with adequate infra facility and salary on time. The working atmosphere is outstanding as you get the freedom of doing your job and suggestions are welcomed wholeheartedly by the management as they are quite easily accessible to everyone....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
