Near and dears of boss are get promotion Talents are ignored here Top management think thay are from PMO, Middle Management have more igo Managers and above keep loss of company but not accepting solutions from bottom level employees. Horses are leaving company where donkies rules.

Now a days senior management is misleading the company. Hence presently no such liking. Many facilities are withdrawn. Dis satisfaction is on maximum
