During my working experiences I've learnt SAP when it was implemented in organization and also some of staff is good.

Now a days senior management is misleading the company. Hence presently no such liking. Many facilities are withdrawn. Dis satisfaction is on maximum

No Job security, No such road map for personal or professional growth. Resignations are more and No outsider is willing to join the company.
