Sales team is worst. They always blame technical team for their failure. Regional head doesn't know how to handle a team and how to work in metro cities. Continue concalls starts from morning to night and even on Sundays No one appreciates your work. Never ever join this company.

Whole support provides by shree cement for better future of employees, great learning field and major targets achieve in the field of industries, also work on increasing skills of employ time to time conducts seminaar and presentation. Good supportive staff which help in working.

Employ problems not consider why a employee resign from scl. Providing opportunities in scl if former employee required job so must consider that type employees which never joined other industries.

Many things. I tell you one thing for who are all opting shree cement don't opt bcoz you will suffer in future. They are removing you at any time without any reason. Management has don't think to employee welfare. One thing I realised shree cement now a days falling because they treat employee like watch dogs. And there is no job security. Pls don't choose this company.

Now a days senior management is misleading the company. Hence presently no such liking. Many facilities are withdrawn. Dis satisfaction is on maximum

No Job security, No such road map for personal or professional growth. Resignations are more and No outsider is willing to join the company. Company is ambitious and has long term planning and the various PAN India projects are either running or in pipeline.

Management treats you like a working machine, HR policies is also not clear, although they have mentioned the 5 day week but you have to come to office all seven days from dawn to dusk.
