During my working experiences I've learnt SAP when it was implemented in organization and also some of staff is good.

Company culture, Job security is terrible company will throw you out whenever they want, Transportation for employees are very poor and P&A department thinks they are the god of the company. Finally nothing is good in it.

Now a days senior management is misleading the company. Hence presently no such liking. Many facilities are withdrawn. Dis satisfaction is on maximum

No Job security, No such road map for personal or professional growth. Resignations are more and No outsider is willing to join the company. HR is not in a position to convince employee about any future growth. Selected candidates are withdrawing offer as they come to know about the company internals.

Sales team is worst. They always blame technical team for their failure. Regional head doesn't know how to handle a team and how to work in metro cities. Continue concalls starts from morning to night and even on Sundays No one appreciates your work. Never ever join this company.

Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,
