Work culture was excellent as compared to North india. Very honest and transparent organisation.

Morning it's starts at 8am to 2pm first session then From 5pm to 9pm hence house was provide inside the campus so is use to be very helpful to us

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
