Great diversity and culture, the delivery team from India is amazing, seniors are supportive.

Dislikes

No mention of an app to be installed on my laptop to record my activity until I joined and since I got attached to management I couldn't do anything but yes it is a Big red flag for me. Trust has to be there, the incentives aren't paid on time either and yet we stick around them with loyalty.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
