There is no job security. Working cultural is good as compared to other organisations. Management is very supportive to in achieving goals and opportunity. Company is still working on it old policies. It has to be change in as per new trend

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
