It was rubbish working there.

There is no teaching etiquette .The University doesnot know the difference between school and a university.Moreover in a small amount of salary they want the person to teach every subject just like a primary school teacher.There is HOD of education who plays a role model for promoting negative culture and forcing faculty to resign

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Worse place for working they are running business not educational institution. Anyone can easily purchase degree from there.

I consider it bad for education system they only produce unemployment by distributing degree to unskilled persons.

Working atmosphere is excellent, opportunities of personal growth are more. timely salary, lots of encouragement for the innovations, job security. Chancellor's efforts are very good to improve the university system.

Some faculty members are involve in politics and do not want to work and let others do. some courses needs modification like agriculture, MBA, Vice chancellor needs to be changed
