Very bad work culture.zero collective work . politics a lot .Plant head have zero knowledge about mechanical engineering and his qualifications only diploma in electrical .but due to buttering and politics he is plant head .Some Hod have only diploma qualifications and because they have 10/15 year experience ,they feel they know everything .they treat very badly with everyone, don't know manner to talk and behave.
