Likes

Nothing at all, poor work culture . You are supposed to come office even when it is raining . Seniors keep grudges with you. You are not a product manager you are just executioner.

Dislikes

They ask you to work on Saturday and Sunday. Even if you are living 2 hour away you have to come to show your face to managers they are not kind. They ask you for unpaid leaves. People sits in the sales room where there are 30 other sales people who are screaming. Very poor work conditions. If you have Dengu you have to come office just to show your face to seniors. They have the thinking if we are coming to the office you also needs to come....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
