SAP ERP Team - Shell makes you complacent as the work is too chill sometimes. If you like challenges and to be kept on your toes, Shell isn't the place to be. They do interesting work, but such PoCs are only accessible to the elite few in a closed circle who have been in Shell for 5+ years and won't let anyone grab any interesting opportunities. The previous CEO Ben and the new CEO Wael have opposing strategies, which has given rise to uncertainty in the company. Agenda is transparency but no one will follow. lots of internal politics and here in India, employees are misusing the power and using the company policy as they require. Job security is gone for a toss from last year.
