Nepotism and favouritism in promoting and giving raises . Top management keeps doing re organizational and cuts down front and middle management. Too many people at the top. Company too much internal focussed and work moves too slow creating a negative pressure on employees who want to make a change. Roles lack depth and any one with knowledge of excel , ppt and outlook can do any job.

Culture is open.data is integrated so people spend time in action rather than data crunching. KPI are standard and benchmark against countries. There are very strong synergy between not just local but cross functional and global teams. Meetings are sharp and expectations from.people are to pre align and come for solutions rather than blaming each other. Abusive and informal language is a complete NO. There are frequent re organisation and teams are shuffled every couple of years.people must change roles every 3 -4 years & hence everyone's focus is on short term improvements only. Compensation is decent along with decent international travel (basis your role). company really believes in health and safety and hence each foreign travel is 3x average corporate travel cost across industry, due to which the budgets allocated aren't enough for international travel....Read More

Work Details

Role is hectic and challenging. It's a role where person needs to keep all info on fingertips and should know about current business ,new wins,portfolio, profitability, inventory, as well as production side of business.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
