I was given a chance to work as a lecturer in the college. The work life and salary was pathetic. The management won't pay the salary on a timely basis, in fact, they won't pay even for once in three months at least. While I am leaving the job college people kept my 6 months salary for no reason. They fire the faculty at the time ofvacations to save at least one month salary and recruit again when college reopens. Bad choice to work in this college....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
