Working Strategies. Cultural Activities. HR Department is really Great. And the most Important The Owner's behavior like friends to every employee and any employee can get in touch without any hesitation.

Some times some Manager's bahave like they are Owner of that Company and they forget that they also the employee and Seating that seat to work for that Organization. Some Employees negative thinking about rejoined employees and they got feel like they made big mistake to rejoin.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
