Sharda University is a brand university, I got ample opportunity.There were students more than 52 Countries to deal with international students. This exposure will be definitely help me in future.

Dislikes

There are many reasons, that is why I dislike, working at Sharda University, I did 6 years 2 months there, I am hardworking and complete the last best of the satisfaction, punctual, and many time I have been praised by my dedication towards my work and I always exceeded their expectation. In spite of these activities, Sharda has fired me, so I hurt.

It was a great experience and good learning period working with Sharda where I got to learn many things and earned expertise in the same. I discovered the skills inside me here, by getting the opportunity to work with them. The team mates I worked with were so supportive and helped in completing my responsibilities with cooperation and coordination. Sharda is a good platform for female candidates specially because I believe that for females security is the prime factor for each one of us.i really appreciate the period I worked here....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
