I have working her from 4 years but there is nothing likable zero learning , zero growth and zero appraisal .

There is no fix or transparent Growth path for employees i have seen some people they are working from last 17-18 or more than 20 years but they didn't receive any increment or any kind of promotion now Qns is that why still they are working here because they already find way to make money with some unethical activities but being a good professional this is not good thing and no one is here to check them . This is not a good place for knowledgeable , skillful and hardworking employees because they get frustrated or dissatisfied after a year . organization don't have strong Human Resources System , no one cares about employees growth and learning people who holding good position here they are partial and they only promote some number of employees on there favoritism basis . there is no systematic increment , promotion and appraisal policy . <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> even we receive salary after 20 or 25 every month so here is a catch about it employee think that they receive salary for one month but actually they receive salary for 50 or 55 days because employer pay the salary on 20 or 25 or sometimes after the month end it is big latency in salary payment it is hard to mange expenditure and EMI's here because employees don't know when they get there salary so if somebody is planing to join SGI make he /she have any other sources of money then they will survive </mark>. there is nothing on the name of office decorum and Professionalism. There is no work culture, no environment, Salary never comes on Time, Policies changed frequently, never stand on there words, even they are not concern for providing a good & Hygenic workstation To there Employees...

Work Details

At the time of Joining I was recruited as Executive Print Media Dept.(Process Associate) But within 2 months they changed my designation to BDE without my knowledge, & then after 3 months they moved me on deputation to Dehradun as Regional Officer.
