Very Toxic work culture, very unreliable Management, cheating for career and life of employees, do timely and rational decision making, no time given for proper and structured working and executions, wavering decisions, no respect for employees, very unpredictable/ uncertain, no off / no holidays, every day very late night working without any concrete conclusions.

Incompetent people, bad managers, fish market culture, very dynamic environment. I was asked to change roles which were not aligned with my career objective for 3 times in 8 months. Skilled people not required in my role, diploma people are sufficient.
