They don't have proper knowledge. No Great increment. I will never recommend my family member to join this company. No learning opportunities. They use to work till 8:30 PM no comp off and over time pay.

It is a very good school indeed my experience was very good over there the management,the staff, career growth etc.. are really good they nurture teachers also so it’s very motivational thing that I believe To work with shanti Juniors was great teaching part of my life from that school I leant a lot.. I wish many more great things for this school All the best
