Teammates is good and company owner is also good. It's a good company for boilers manufacturing. I am working here last 1 year.

Dislikes

Some teammates is not good and cheating with us. Company owner is not supporting employees and his problems

Work Details

It's a good company, I am working here last 1 year in post of production Engg. But here is no life, company owner is not supporting us, one by one worker is leaving the job. Culture is not good.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
