Lots of politics especially by Saravana Prakash who doesn’t know anything about running a company and supports to people who just praises him.All he knows is only to perform pooja and build temples in all the units.Rajesh who doesn’t know how to behave tells everyone that he will quit if he gets a better offer but he won’t give experience certificate to anyone who resignes.Since top people are like this people below them copy this same attitude.
