Likes

Higllhly reputed Murugappa group. Very good manufacturing set up. Ambient is excellent. Good south Indian food quality served at HO canteen.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Employees & Customers voice has no value resulting to high employee turnover. Meetings usually conducted for the discussions and solving issues but most of the time those were ended on Criticism I observed during my last tenure.
