I have completed 8+ yrs of service with SNC, Happy to work here and got a very good hike every year, learn lot of things from my seniors, colleagues and my management. We have to satisfy the reliable and reasonable targets set by our management, that's what every management wants. If u want to experience jail without doing any non legal activities then you most welcome to join here. This is one of the worst experience in my professional journey. No work life balance and you will be watched in every seconds by junior people. MD ask about your performance with your juniors. Toxic environment in HO.
